Q: Are these fire retardant? Can i sit them on lights and not worry about them catching on fire?

No. The leaves are made of cloth and you need to keep them away from fire. If the temperature on the light box is too high, it may trigger a fire hazard. So please keep them away from fire and lights.

Q: How do you hang these?

It all depends on what you wish to use them for. I used them to make a floating hoop vinery decoration. I wrapped the pieces around my hoop until it was fully covered and then I added in some handing flower vines. Hope that helps Samantha

It’s 36 individual vines. Each vine averages about 6.5ft.

No built in attachments. This is essentially a plastic ribbon with leaf detail. I used thumbtacks to pin them to the wall.
