Product does not work - Support will ghost you.
Bought the product, plugged it all in and turned it on. 3 of the panels do not work. They did not not come with any extra connectors to try swapping them out. So I contacted support. They asked me to film a video of me performing a hard reset to ensure I was doing it right. After demonstrating the hard reset and persistent problem, they did not reply to me. I've followed up, but they completely ghosted me. I want my money back.
