I had no high expectations, but I'm quite pleased. I'm 6'3" and over 300 pounds. I would never call this mattress firm. But also not soft. I think the best description is resilient support. Certainly no sag. The edges could be firmer, but that's something you give up in a budget mattress. Still, no worse than our old all latex. Unboxing and setup was painless. It's a heavy box, so make sure delivery can get to your porch. If you can't handle a heavy box, pay the extra for delivery to the bedroom or full setup. It is compressed and then rolled. The roll is held merely by a single layer of plastic wrap secured by tape. When you remove the tape, the mattress can be rolled out, still compressed. It's not going to slap you or anything. It's just a rolled mattress. As you remove the inner plastic, you can hear it taking in air. We stood it against the wall to inflate. It was nearly full size before we could stand it up. We left it there overnight and moved it to the bed before noon when it looked and felt fully inflated. There has been no odor. This mattress at least has pulls on the sides, which our old one did not. The workmanship looks very good. It's quite nicely finished and detailed. I'm pleased with the price point. I expect it will be good for at least three or four years, which is enough at this low price. I'll update this with some sleeping experience and anything that is less than good.

I'm from the generation of box springs and a mattresses on top. The kind you have to have delivered and lug through the house. Getting a mattress that didn't require a box spring and could be delivered rolled up in a box was a big stretch. Read the reviews for this which helped a lot. Especially the part where people mentioned there was no smell (confirmed). So I ordered it. It was a heavy box but manageable. Read the instructions - IMPORTANT - on unboxing. Went through the procedure and it expanded back to shape pretty quickly. Looked good in a few hours and within a day it was nearly there. I've also never had a hybrid mattress with foam and springs like this one. It is very comfortable and relatively firm. Sleep is good as ever. At first blush it seems to be a very nice mattress. Comfortable, firm enough, and at a very competitive price. Quality is good and it will be interesting to see how long it goes before needing replacement. Frankly at this cost you could replace it every 7 years and still be way ahead of the big name brands. Fingers crossed. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

I love this mattress. I have not slept this well in years. I bought it on a cyber deal and just hoped it was better than my old mattress. When it came I let it out of the bag and only let it inflate 48 hours. Two of the edges did not inflate fully but I put them on the side of the bed I don't sleep. The mattress was much firmer than the description online but I was surprisingly okay with it when I laid down on it. I am predominantly a side sleeper, a heavier woman, and with my old mattress I just couldn't get my pillows right. Now, my same pillows are always right, I'm falling asleep and staying asleep with minimal sleep disturbances, and I am not waking up with a sore back. Fitbit is telling me that I'm sleeping greater than 90% every single night, and that is unheard of for me. I sleep by myself so I can't tell you if someone else sleeping in it moves the mattress or if you can feel them. Eventually those two corner pieces popped up and so they are not a "problem". The only reason I did not mark it a five is because the sides really are weak when you sit at the edge and I can see some people sliding off the bed. It's nothing that makes me hate the mattress though. I'm unexpectedly happy with the mattress. I am not a paid participant or receiving any sort of free stuff. Though I'd gladly take free stuff, I haven't been offered any.

I searched for weeks and weeks for the perfect mattress. Once I finally decided which one to purchase , I read the one-stars reviews as I always do. A lot of buyers were saying that they were unaware that that particular mattress had fiberglass in it. I never even had a clue that some mattresses have fiberglass. I read up on it and decided to start my search all over again - this time for a FIBERGLASS FREE mattress. Again, after searching through a lot of mattresses and reviews, I finally found this one. The description stated that it would take approximately 48-72 hours for the mattress to be fully inflated - however, I read a few reviews that stated a warm room would make the mattress inflate faster. Before removing the plastic, I put the heater on for approximately 30 minutes. Let me tell you, as soon as I started to unroll the outer layer of plastic the mattress started inflating. I had to quickly remove the inner layer of plastic due to how fast it was expanding. The pictures I've including were taken within five minutes of me taking the plastic off! As you can see the hot room definitely helped A LOT. Initially I thought I was going to have to sleep on the sofa the first night, but since the mattress had been firm for hours prior to my bedtime (approx.7 hours later), I slept on it with no problem. Also, some buyers have stated that the corners never filled out. In my photo, you can see mine had no issues with the corners, or the general thickness throughout. I purchased the 10" inch mattress and have a 16" frame. It is the perfect height and thickness for me. I waited a few days before posting a review because I wanted to wait to see how comfortable it was. It's been great! The bed is firm - but, not hard. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!

So, I was diagnosed with cancer over a year ago. I was going to have to go thru chemo and radiation among other treatments, and knew I would be in bed a lot. My husband and I have a huge California king-(we spent a good amount of money on that mattress) but I knew I’d be wanting my own space while I was sick. And honestly-I prefer this mattress to that one. In fact, I’m still sleeping on this mattress, much to my husbands dismay. So I’ve spent a lot of time in bed over the last year. I’m currently going thru chemo again, and my saving grace has been this mattress. My first round of chemo and radiation, I was in bed for about 6 weeks straight, only getting out of bed to go to the doctor. No backaches, no neck pain, very comfortable. I’ve tried sleeping on the expensive cal king again, and I would up with neck pain. I slept on my bed, and no more pain. I have guest come over and hang out in my room, and just last night a family member commented on how comfy my bed is- she couldn’t believe it was a bed in a box. Even my mom is considering getting one of these. I really wish you guys offered these in a cal king-I’d replace my other mattress right now! Once I get back to work, I’m going to have one of these sent over to my mom. I know she will love it. I bought a mattress protector, and a topper, and the mattress still looks as good as the day I bought it. Best Amazon purchase-maybe ever. Update: bought one for mom too:))?

This mattress is perfect for me, and the price was right! It’s neither too soft nor too hard, it is a medium firm. My son in law set it up for me and it really didn’t take much time at all. Not only is it perfect for a guest room, it’s perfect for all bedrooms. I don’t think you’d go wrong purchasing one of these for yourself.

Needed a bigger mattress once we moved into a new home, and this one was perfect. No fiberglass, inner springs for support, and not too soft. These were all things I wanted and spent hours looking for in other reviews. I like a little firmer mattress and my partner does too: I'm 5'3" 130lb and he is 5'10" 210lb and he loves it! Very little partner motion when the other person rolls around. Inner springs are supportive. Heavy for me to lift when it arrived, but I was able to open it up easily. It poofed right up and I gave it about a day and a half to fully expand. It had a little plastic smell when I opened it, but it went away within a day or two. I got a 10" queen mattress and I'm happy with the thickness. The build and workmanship of the mattress seems good and the materials are durable. My cat makes biscuits on it and it holds up well with no snags. Overall I'm pleased!

We have $2500 mattress in our primary bedroom which I’m used to sleeping on daily. I wanted a daybed in our nursery for guests and for myself when needed. This mattress exceeded my expectations. It’s extremely comfortable. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and think nothing is comfortable but I’ve slept on this bed several nights so I could surround myself with pregnancy pillows. :) although it’s not quite as comfortable as our $2500 mattress it’s a close contender for a much more affordable price. My only reason for knocking off one star is the edges are a little weak so you can’t sleep right on any of the edges without rolling off. This expanded very quickly and gave off no weird smells - and I’m very sensitive to smells right now. I’ve bought a similar mattress on Amazon before for around the same price and it wasn’t very comfortable and there was significantly less support around the edges. It also took almost a week for that mattress to air out any odd smells. This mattress is a significant improvement over a similar one purchased from a different brand on Amazon and a great contender against significantly more expensive options. I’d highly recommend this mattress by Serweet! I’m so glad I decided to purchase this!
