Starting out, I was super skeptical about getting a used phone online. But, i have to say it met my expectations and I love the phone. The phone itself is amazing. The camera quality is unparalleled by any other that I've seen. And the customizable features are awesome. You can make it YOUR phone. Pairs with other electronics exceptionally well. Processor speed is top notch, everything loads really fast. Downloads take no time. Set up was very easy. All in all, Galaxy S21 Ultra was an incredible investment on my part. Love it.

I'm so happy with my new phone, I love the Galaxy phones. I would give it a 5 star but I took off a star because I had to buy it twice. The first time the phone was locked and I had to send it back to the sellers to get it fixed and I had to pay for the shipping and it was a mess. They ended up not being able to fix it and they refunded me. I took a chance again and saw when they got their stock back up, I bought one. The second phone works perfect and was unlocked this time. I took a chance because I really wanted it and my husband previously bought one and had no issues. I'm so happy with my new phone it's fantastic. It has the best camera in my opinion.

This is the second refurbished phone I have purchased from Amazon and the quality and appearance is equal to a new phone. I have always in the past just bought new phones but not any more. The price and performance has been great, the different features of the phone like the fingerprint reader etc. work great. I have no complaints The phone comes packaged nicely and instructions on exactly how to activate without having to go through much trouble at alll

After buying another exact same phone, this phone came with a good battery and functioning fine.Product was in great shape, scratch on the back but I do not care.I had a Moto G Power before this phone, this phone has much better reception and can connect to a computer or TV.The video will record at 120fps, so the camera is really quite good, again this is not why I bought the phone because I have dedicated cameras. I wish there was a good PDF on how to use the camera, the Samsung user guide gives just basics, not a user guide for using the product.It took me hours at the Verizon store for the clerk to get the phone on my Verizon account. I was lucky to get a clerk that stuck with it, I tipped him $40.00 for a good job. Previous to the Verizon clerk getting the phone into the Verizon system, the voice mail icon would not show up if I had a voice mail, thus I missed calls.Great product once up and running!

So far, so good. I've just been using this phone for a couple of days and have had no problems with it. The case and screen have no defects. It seems to be a good value for the money.

Great condition. Arrived earlier than expected. No issues whatsoever yet.Also the phones are fantastic! Came unlocked and had zero issue connecting it to a provider (we use mint mobile and it withe without any issues)

The description says that is a refurbished excellent condition phone, the screen is perfect probably have been reemplased, the phone works good but the condition of the frame and the cameras has a lot of dents and I feel like I been scammed, I will not return the phone just because I bought it has a secondary work phone and I was looking for cheap performance cellphone and I guess you get what you pay for. Just be aware if you buying this as your main cellphone i do not recommend this refurbished ones, they always will have damage on them, I was expecting minor scratches not big damage like I show on the pictures. Another thing when I open the orders to leave this review the same excellent condition phone price was $20 less than I have pay for in les than 4 hours because I ordered at 11am and was delivered in the afternoon prime same day.

I truly loved this phone and it worked fantastically for about 3 weeks... However out of the blue one day it refused to recognize my phone service unless I was connected to a wifi. I thought it may bey phone carrier and took it up with them first. However after numerous troubleshooting and even swaping the sim cards it was determined that the phone had a software glitch of some kind and I was left with no option but to return it. I am currently waiting on a refund and fully intend to purchase another one with hope I'll have better luck this time around.
