Excellent product. I juice vegetables every day and I add aloe vera juice to my daily vegetable juicing routine. The digestive benefits with in a week were astonishing. Highly recommend this product.

Great product! Effective, all natural, and good value. Disregard the negative reviews.
This is wonderful stuff and a great brand. I don't know why people would give it bad reviews. It is a little tangy because they use lemon juice as a preservative instead of artificial ones, but is very drinkable. I received mine in perfect condition. It looks, smells, and tastes great. It helps to sooth and heal the digestive tract and works well for this. It's a great product and well worth the price. As with any food or drink, you should keep it in the fridge. If you're not going to drink it within a month to a month and a half, then freeze it in ice cube trays and put the cubes in a zip-lock freezer bag. When you're ready to use it you can put a cube or two into a drink of your choice.

Healthy benefits
Unless you are a family, there's no way one person can drink a gallon before a week. Next time I will purchase tge quart size. Its a good product.

Taste like hydrogen peroxide. Yum ๐
Not bad. Expensive but when you drink it the taste is like Hydrogen Peroxide so I wouldn't pour an entire glass of it which makes it cheap enough in a way since it will last.

Best aloe ever
This is the best stuff ever. I put it in refrigerator right away and drink it cold.

Iโd like to share three serious concerns about this juice
Iโd like to share three serious concerns about this juice. This juice is NOT 'preservative free". It contains citric acid, a very popular food preservative, inhibiting bacteria growth by lowering the pH. (Any google search confirms this fact). Funny though, they call it on the label "pH stabilizer' ?? (usually one needs a stabilizer to keep pH around neutral, like the buffering compounds, rather than lowering it). My personal concern is that I was planning on taking this juice (like many others) as a potential relieve of my chronic acid reflux, but the pH of this juice (measured with a professional pH meter) was surprisingly low, around 3.5 !! Consistent with this, I really used to feel an unpleasant acidity and heartburn immediately after drinking it.When they do a pH study, the G.I. doctors consider a pH drop below 4 in the esophagus as an episode of acid reflux, so this juice is like bringing the non-physiological conditions of acid reflux. It's a paradox, since many physicians administer dosages of Aloe Vera juice to eradicate the acidic content of the body. Well, but certainly not with such an acidic version of the juice. Yet, the Lily of the Desert product is advertised as "Balance stomach acidity naturally"?! It is unclear why its pH is too low, since they claim the citric acid is less than 0.3%, but whatever the reason, this pH in unacceptable.Other concerns:* Potassium sorbate (E202) is another well known preservative. Calling it a "mold inhibitor" in the label seems to be intentionally misleading, just another way to avoid the term "preservative". Is this how they justify the "preservatives-free" statement?*Also, Carrageenan used in this juice has been shown to be carcinogenic in rats, a potential human carcinogen. You better do your research and conclusions, before you start swallowing this thing.

Short Expiration
The doc suggested I drink aloe vera juice to help with acid reflux. After I opened it, I noticed it was only good in the refrigerator for 30-45 days. I would have to drink three to four times as much per day as the doc recommended to consume it in the expiration time frame.
