Im sorry but no where on the bags or packaging say where they are made. I will add that I love these bags and use them to give my homemade artisan bread to my family/friends.

Are these bags breathable or will warm items cause condensation?

I personally have not put any warm foods into these bags, my items were room temperature. I would not seal them if the item is warm to try to avoid condensation. Hope this helps you. Otherwise I love the bags!

My package came with the bags but not the sealing sticker as shown in the picture and discussed in the reviews. How can I get these?

I don't know, they arrived with my bags. You can order labels separately. I use the labels every time I use a bag.

No, there is not a window on the bag. They are great quality, perfect size for round loaves and great looking. Plus, they come with a sticky label.
