Is this the original cream from Fragonard in France with a sealed jar? Please verify

YES! The same as I have purchased in France, at the Fragonard Showroom along the Mediterranean Sea, and their showroom in Paris( I have been to both).

what is cosmatics? is this authentic?

I don't know what cosmatics is but it might be a typo since this is a French company outside of Nice. I came upon this product by accident when I toured the factory as part of a tour of Nice and Eze and Monaco France. I bought some soap, face cream and perfume and really liked the company and their products. I was glad to find I could order it online when I ran out of it several months later. Their soap and perfume is really nice too. I hope this helps.
