I bought two of these heating pads. They are comfortable and work well. The controls are large and easy to work with. While there is a lighted read out for the temperature level, there is no backlight for the control buttons. That would be a nice upgrade. Still, it is a very nice product and I use it daily.

My beloved heating pad stopped working. It started showing the F and no red light that normally indicates the heating pad is on. I unplugged all connections and still it didn’t work. I called Pure Enrichment to notify them. To my surprise they are shipping out another heating pad since it has a five year warranty. I’ve purchased an air purifier and it stopped working and they shipped a new one asap. Their customer service is outstanding. I would strongly suggest purchasing anything they make since they stand by their products. 5 + Stars and I strongly recommend Pure Enrichment Products.

The single feature that makes this my choice in a heating pad is the cord connection to the pad itself - it snaps into place so it can't be easily disconnected. I use this to help with my arthritis and painful knees so once I'm lying down and comfortable, I don't want to have to get up and retrieve the cord off the floor (as happened with the latest Sunbeam models). The controller display also dims after you've chosen the setting so doesn't add light to a dark room. In addition, it's machine washable and has a comfortable soft surface.Bought several so I have extras on hand for guests or in case one ceases to work. Highly recommended.

I was excited when product arrived so I could start to use it. Looks great and is made well. However, when I turned it onto to highest level, it would not be hot enough for me so we'll need to return it and use my old one which does the job. If you don't like heating pad to get hot, this may be the one for you.

I find this pad to be a higher quality than others I have purchased in the past — it is soft and the heat is consistent. 5 stars is also for the customer service. The pad stopped heating and displayed an error code near the end of its 5-year warranty. The company responded very quickly in sending out a replacement.

Love this pad! My puppy chewed thru the cord so I quickly ordered a new one. I have a bad back so I turn it on and heat up my bed before I get in and soothe my sore back also. He better leave this one alone!

This was highly recommended on a couple of websites, so I bought it. In use, it is soft against the skin, but typically it is against clothing, so the softness doesn't really matter. It seems well constructed. What bugs me is it doesn't get nearly as hot as the pad it replaced, so I have mixed feelings about the "quality" (hence the 3 stars). The control is easy to use and the cord is nice and long. If I could I might give it 3.5 stars.

Update: company reached out to correct the problem! Excellent customer service.Cons: buttons are really loud which is annoying when I turn it on at night and it wakes up the baby. It heats up really hot really fast, but within minutes delivers mediocre warmth which is incredibly annoying when I want and need that intense heat to soothe aching and sore muscles.Pro: cord is long, automatic shutoff is good feature.I wouldn’t purchase this again, the heat just isn’t at the temperature I want for the length of time I need, even at the highest temperature setting.
