While I think blue bonnet is a good brand I wish they would switch to plastic bottles like the majority of supplement companies. I have a lot of vitamin bottles & when taking them all out of cabinet in morning, if you drop the glass one is on granite counters they shatter, everywhere. Plastic does not.While it doesn't happen often, I dropped this one, 3/4 full bottle, small shards of glass everywhere.30 mins to clean it all up. Still finding glass.Not worth it.Jarrow & NOW vitamin brands just as good or better & they come in plastic..

This product meshes well with me. The effects are very noticeable it has made my body more sculpted as a result with my workouts and eating.

I love the stuff it always helps me sleep or helps my muscles recover quickly.
