My container arrived completely defective. The powder wasn’t powder at all, it was a solid block with the scoop stuck inside. I couldn’t break it apart even with force, so the product was impossible to use. It also showed as “Not eligible for return,” which was very frustrating, especially since it arrived damaged. Buyers should check their container immediately.

The product came unsealed with all the powder clumped together. Unusable.

If you're getting keto flu symptoms - the headache, body aches, low blood sugar feeling, nausea, etc. This will take you right out of that and put you into sweet, sweet ketosis. For context: I went from eating a lot of carbs for over a year to going straight to zero carbs and it was *rough*. Yes, there are smarter ways but I am not a smart man. Thankfully, I knew this ahead of time and bought these exogenous ketone. So when my body started feeling like it had gotten hit by several busses, I just took half a scoop of this into some water and almost instantly felt better. Don't forget to supplement with potassium, magnesium, and sodium too if you're doing keto and you get symptoms! This isn't a replacement for that, though it does contain some useful electrolytes! Honestly I found it delicious. I really enjoyed drinking it. I kept hearing how exogenous ketones taste bad. I didn't experience that at all. I stayed disciplined though and only drank what I needed. I use these ketones as a tool, definitely not a hack to short-cut into ketosis if you're eating a bunch of carbs. That's not how metabolism works. Anyway, this was a wonderful experience and something I will ABSOLUTELY always have on hand any time I'm going through a keto cycle. 10/10 would recommend.

So far so good. Seems to increase Ketone levels as designed. Tested levels before and an hour later and see an increase. Tested 5 hours later after no carbs and Ketone level had increased more. Gives a good energy boost and suppresses appetite. So far I've lost 10lbs in around 3 weeks by having in the morning and reducing carb intake throughout the day. I'm sure if carbs where cut completely results would be even better. I've used Pruvit and Julian Bakery Gobhb and this is just as good. I like the fruit punch, acquired taste....Not really bad at all.

This is a great product for a dupe of the very expensive brand, but this came hard as a rock and not sure if the ingredients were compromised. So sad, I’ve bought this product twice over the past 3 years and loved the taste and the benefits it offered. Amazon due to not being eligible for a return, I lost 45 dollars .

Mixes easily and tastes great. Docked 1 star for the condition of the product upon receipt. It almost appears that moisture got into the container as it was solidified and I had to break it up to scoop any out. Not a deal breaker but kinda makes me question the age of the product or even the manufacturing practices used.

Great stuff, I guess. I do t see any 3rd party testing or certs. I don't like that there is artificial flavors!! Pls remove artificial flavors.
