Does it work as a concealer to hide dark circles ?

It is not a concealer, but it adds a glow or sheen which makes the skin look brighter & younger

Why is the ML so much less than in previous version/bottles and the price remains the same.

Thank for your inquiry! Although the packaging is much less bulky and therefore appears to be less, the product amount is consistent with our previous packaging (.5oz).
