New umbrella works great!
It was a gift for my husband. It came on time and was great! It worked perfectly. We were so lucky (?) to get lots of rain here in Minnesota on Christmas and he was able to use it. He loved it. It is easy to use and helpful going in and out of doors without getting wet. It would be nice if it was collapsible, but I don't know if that would be possible.

Good company. Product not so much.
Did not work. Flimsy. Company stood by their product and offered replacement or refund. I chose the refund and they immediately did do.
