BAK Revolver X4s Hard Rolling Truck Bed Tonneau Cover | 80337BAK | Fits 2021-2026 Ford F-150 6' 7" Bed (78.9")

This truck bed cover was super easy to install although the link to download install instructions didn’t work. lol! I love the flush sealed fit and look, and the ease of use. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

To set the stage for why this cover is so great... I previously had a different tonnaeu cover that was a folding one that had 4 panels / 3 folds. To fold it back required me to undo two clamps at the back, secure the clamps, fold it two times, unclamp two clamps at the middle on each side of the truck (requiring me to go around the truck or have a second set of hands), and then fold again... it was a pain in the butt, and the rear clamps would often disengage at the slightest brush or bump so it wasn't uncommon to see a corner flapping in the wind. My girlfriend absolutely hated the old cover, particularly whenever we'd require folding it to get at stuff that was shifted to the front side of the bed. So I bit the bullet for the Revolver X4s, a bit pricier than I wanted to spend but I'd seen another truck owner with the similar X2 and I decided it was the cover I wanted as it hit all the checkmarks. It's exactly as advertised. It's solid, and I feel it's more secure and secures my stuff in my truck bed better than the old vinyl cover. It's easy, I can open and close it entirely myself with one hand, and it makes it so much easier to access the full contents of the truck bed. It's beautiful and goes very well with the truck. I definitely would recommend to anyone else looking for a cover.

There is a lot to like about this cover. Fits nicely, works well, pretty straightforward to install, looks great. But two little nagging details hold it back from a 5 star rating. 1) the back edge of the side rails is roughly cut, sharp edged, and needs a little bending/fiddling to get it to clear the tailgate. Seeing an exposed aluminum rough cut edge on an otherwise beautifully blacked out top is just poor attention to detail. 2) There are a lot of aluminum shavings rolled up with the top. These are just going to be trouble. They are going to scratch the top, and scratch anything they end up embedded on - like the paint of your brand new truck. These issues are well documented in various installation and review videos made over the last two years. I was naively hoping these were early production / COVID related issues that would have been smoothed out over time. Nope. Still has these little issues. Would I buy it again? Yes. Recommend it? Yes. But come on, these relatively easy issues to correct have been around for probably two years. Why not fix them? Installed on a 2023 F150

Installation was relatively straightforward and it fits and works great but I did have aluminum shavings when unrolling the the cover and I noticed some nicks on the bottom side. Doesn’t seem to affect it but something happened- see pics

Perfect fitment, love it and very easy to install

Had it installed by the ford dealership on my F150; Its heavy so I didn't want to try it myself. It looks beautiful with a very finished professional look. Seems very sturdy but I have not yet put to the 40mph Wyoming sidewind test that blew my Ford soft cover off!

This bedcover was delivered with care, but there were a few issues upon unboxing. An instruction manual was not included, which was disappointing. Additionally, the left side plastic latch was broken, and the left rail was loose, possibly due to a heavy object resting on the box. As a result, the bedcover sits slightly uneven. What should have been a 30-minute installation—based on my years of experience installing bed covers on my trucks—took me an hour. On the positive side, the cover appears to be well-designed. It would be helpful to have rubber covers for the sharp ends of the rails at the tailgate. I spoke with the manufacturer, and they promised to send a replacement latch. I’m still waiting to see how that goes.

I was looking for a hard/rigid leak proof cover that didn't take up the interior bed space and this was it. The install went smoothly with two people. The minor adjustments were a little simpler. Install time took approximately 30mins to get it in place and another 15-20 to fine tune and tweak the corners. I highly recommend adjusting the vertical level (trim) at the tailgate to ensure a good seal and prevent leaks along the length of the bed. I did notice some minor leaking along the tailgate corners but was easily solved by adding some of the sealant tape that came in the box. The metal edges (where they come over the tailgate) are sharp and can rub on the finish of the gate. It is recommended to file that down to knock the sharp edge off as well. When rolling the cover up, the straps are secure, and the covers stays put. The "rubber bumpers" included are held on with 3M tape and will come lose. I have lost 1 of the 4 at this point, but seeing as how it won't hit the glass, I'm not terribly upset. When rolling down to secure the covers shut, do make sure that nothing is above the cover, or it will jump the track and not secure. Overall, great cover, easy to install, looks good, and meets the requirements.

Very happy with purchase. Easy to install. A cover piece was broken and maker of cover sent a new one right away. Very pleased.
