Good quality like all the Balanced Body stuff. Necessary prop for mat and reformer practice. You don't want to fill this ball until it is completely firm; it needs to have a little "give" to it. When you first inflate the ball, it will be rough looking and lumpy and creased, especially because you won't be filling it to the maximum capacity of air. The lumps and creases will go away with a little time and use. I use this ball daily in my practice and it holds up the abuse of sitting on it, laying on it, standing on it, squeezing it tightly between my thighs, etc. Try to overlook the initial look of it, it will still work just fine in it's ugly phase.

Please stop making this ball and restore the previous quality and size and shape! I bought 5 balls for my membership and they are terrible. Is this the Balance Body brand?

This ball is the best!! Endless uses with exercise! Buy it! You won’t regret it! Great company!! I fell in love with it in my Pilates class. I love the way it feels and super easy to inflate.

If I could give this a zero I would... I never write negative reviews but this is the worst product I have ever bought. The one I received isn't round at all, it has deep grooves in it and It is very oddly shaped. Balanced Body? I don't think so! More like wobbly body. It is unusable, sticky and greasy. Also it came with a straw to blow it up but I chose to use a hand pump which I had to buy separately. I would return it if I could but there is a fee to return it that almost cost as much as the ball. I my consider throwing it out or donating it. I am not sure yet since it is unusable. Even if you bounce it it goes in all different directions. Stay clear and find a product that can do better.

It’s way smaller than I thought. I thought it was a big stability ball. The ball is the size of your hands.

The ball was so badly greased when it arrived…it was warped after being inflated by blowing it up using an oral attachment.
