Frankinscence and Myrrh !
More valuable than gold. I have used Frankinscence and myrrh for things such as carpal tunnel and bruising. The pain relief is real if you have good quality and this Hawaiian company makes a wonderful quality product. Always impressed.

Best Myrrh Oil I have ever used
I mix this oil with very warm extra-virgin olive oil and rub it on areas of discomfort from head to toe. Reduces inflammation and has so many benefits. Highly recommend and will buy again and again.

Worth it!
This is an amazing supplement! I would note that ive tried the kind herb pharm sells, its an alcohol tincture. It tastes much more bitter than this glycerin tincture from hawaiipharm.
