I like this cleaner since it is easy to assemble, use and clean. More importantly, it is equipped with both vacuum and steam mop so that I can use it to clean the hard wood floor area as well as carpet areas of my house floor. It also has a long power cord that allows me to clean the whole floor when plugged into a power socket near the center of the 1st or 2nd floor of my house, without the need to change power socket.

I'll start with I was very excited to purchas this product. I was very interested in the attachment to utilize the equipment on carpet vs hardwood or tile/vinyl. A positive was it had average suction power.Negatives: would stop steaming after using less than 1 minutes (with water in tank); left 1.5" on each side of the vacuum floor plate where it would not pick up; VERY difficult to steer, if not impossible as the head would never go the direction you pushed the vacuum.I returned the product.

So I got the product and it looked nice. Then tried to put the handle on it and the piece that connected the handle to the vacuum was broken lol i ended up using a hot glue gun but definitely not what I expected. The vacuum works along with the steamer. Emptying the dirt pan isn't the greatest and kinda have to put muscle into it. I'm going to keep it cause it does what I need but I wouldn't buy again honestly.

I just bought a new house, and the hardwood floors needed some deep cleaning. I used a Swiffer wet jet and I did not get the results I was going for. I could not believe the difference of using this vs the wet jet. The floor was visibly shiny, it cut down all of the waxy surface on the floor, and it left the floor looking almost brand new in some of the areas by the back door where it had a layer of dirt and grime on it. I have not tried this on the carpet, since I have a vacuum for the carpet already, but I can tell you this has powerful suction. It was able to pickup small Styrofoam packing pellets from the hardwood floor with no issues. It was also able to pickup all the sugar that spilled when I was making coffee.I feel that the asking price is fair, especially with the coupon that they are offering on this item right now. This is a lot more than just a mop or a vacuum, for the cost of just a typical vacuum. I definitely recommend this.

Very inadequate suction and steam didn’t affect any carpet spots.

Ordered on July 17, received on July 19. This vacuum and steam mop is versatile for different kinds of floors, tiles, carpets, hardwood floors, marble, laminate floors, etc, you nane it. I like how easy it is to use it. Just long press the vacuum buttom to turn on the machine, and then short press the steam buttom, wait 15s to turn on the steam function, adjusting the steam gear according to the needs. The any thing I'm wishing for in the unit is to add detergent to the system.

Steam does not clean up carpet and the rollers on the vacuum scrape the hardwood floor. Do not recommend. Will be sending it back.

I choose this one because it has both steam and vacuum function so I just need one product. This product has great quality components. Tried the vacuum and stream separately, very powerful vacuum suction power.. And the steam mop works great cleaning the stain. It works very well cleaning my hardwood floor when my toddler doing putty training. The two mode can be easily switched.
