Conure says YES
Our little conure does not like cuttle bones or mineral blocks but she loves to "bonk" her beak on perches. We had sandpaper type and cement type perches and decided to add this one. She loves it. Every evening, she sits up on to watch television with us. It is great at beak and nail control.

My Parrots LOVE it
It was a little shorter than I'd expected; usable perch is more like 5 to 5.5in (think the measurement counts the screw) but the parrots absolutely love them... a little too much... they've chewed it down to the metal core and I'd had to buy more! Not complaining tho; a toy destroyed is a toy enjoyed

Great product
After researching what manu minerals were I knew I needed one of these for my recently rescued cockatiel and love bird. Put it in front of their mirror and put a cuddle bone on the cage to entice them to frequent the area. After 6 weeks they are finally using it...not only to admire themselves in the mirror but to forage the clay from it. Will be getting another soon and will look into the manu mineral blocks.

Birdie loves it so I love it. She is munching it daily and seems enjoying it!

The one Manu Mineral perch my bird actually uses!
My little Black Capped Conure loves this - especially when she is in season. We don't encourage laying, but mother nature doesn't care about that. That is why it is important to have a variety of calcium products in the cage and when laying, on her food, that we know she will use. This perch is her number one first choice!

DON'T BUY IT HERE!!!I buy these calcium perches for my birds and they use them both for perching and for chewing. They last a long time (for parakeets)I've been buying these perches individually at the local bird store for $7 for a small, $9 for medium, & $12 for large. They come in different flavors/varieties such as kiwi, watermelon, grape.DON'T PAY nearly $25 for 1 small one. You can find them in many bird supply stores on the shelf.
