It's the perfect size for a 12 hr shift
Returning to the hospital setting as a nurse, I needed a lunch bag that would hold 12 hours worth of food, but not be so huge and bulky as to take up precious space in a shared fridge.At $6.99, this can't be beat. I don't need it to keep my food cold for longer than a 30 minute commute, so it's perfectly insulated without being bulky. It's large enough to hold enough food for a long shift, and the pocket inside is perfect for utensils and extra sauce packets.For the price, it seems to be a decent quality. I've only just received it, so I can't speak on the durability. But again for the price, I don't expect it to be built for rugged use.

The velcro sheds
The bag is great, good size, sturdy enough handles, roomy and insulated inside. I like the side pocket outside the bag. My bag sheds the velcro pieces every single time I open the bag. The velcro pieces have gotten on my food and drinks. I'll use this bag as long as possible but my next purchase will likely have a zipper.

pros: well built (with exception of insulation), good size.cons: insulation is paper thin, can see that the top velcro that closes bag won't last long. as much as I don't like zippers, i think it would last longer
