Extremely well made vest - I've had way more comfort than others
I'm 6' and was 245lbs just a few weeks ago before my L4 disc, which was hurting my left leg, shifted entirely to my right leg and caused it to be practically paralyzed. Now I'm 225lbs. The only relief I could get for a few days was this vest so that makes it worth the cost in it's own. Practically a meal for two for something that caused me to be able to have some pain relief for a few days on and off when I used it. I hang it from a pull up bar on a half rack system I have. There are zero workmanship flaws on my unit. Stitching is great, no creaking. I know if you wear ANYTHING like this wrong it can mark your armpits/chest/rib cage with bruises. I have yet to experience that even once with this. I hung myself for even 45 minutes with no pain or markings. The vest is solid. The straps are great. I do want to try this at an angle instead of hanging since you can put more pulling pressure on your lower lumbar that way. Just legs dangling isn't enough to pull yourself apart. I also have the hanging leg attachments for my pullup bar. I don't mind those as well but it's nice to not get kind of light headed and also with my injury getting into an inverted position can hurt a lot at first. This did not.

Uncorfotable.
Very uncomfortable. Is very difficult to use this hanging harness. I do recommend not to buy.

Use a pillow underneath your arms
Been using this now about 2 weeks. I find that using a pillow underneath your arms makes this definitely more comfortable which relieves all of the abrasions and discomfort. YMMV I also let this ride up quite a bit more than what the instructions mentioned. I feel I get a better stretch with this at this point.

Kinda worked
Did not really hold tight enough to allow for decompression. Also did not realize I would need to order a bar for it. After total cost it is better to get an inversion chair. Returned

Comfortable
Good material and comfortable.

sturdy but so uncomfortable
long, sturdy straps and build, but as you begin you immediately start slipping out of it and you have to either sacrifice your arm pits or grab the straps and hold yourself in place with muscle power. At the same time the fabric feels like burlap scraping and stabbing into you all over. So uncomfortable. I gave it 2 stars because it is sturdy. I will be returning it though

Good quality
Item came as described, after reading other reviews before purchasing I knew that you have to put something under arms to prevent discomfort. I use a towel folded up on each side and seems to help alot

Absolute garbage!
No matter how tight you get this thing, you slip right out. You could hang by your armpits I guess, but even that hurts like hell. It just don’t work.

The medium is too large. How can I get the small size?
