Not what I'd hoped for
I really wanted to like this book... I was looking for a comprehensive Breathwork manual, yet it wasn't as helpful as I was hoping for and didn't provide the depth of information I was seeking. I found the content very repetitive and rambling. I feel this could have been significantly improved with better editing.
