These taste amazing
Real depth of flavour. Was a hit with the whole extended family (only 1 of us has the allergies).Will be buying again as easy to use. Did an icing sugar, lemon and water topping. It was fantastic.

A delicious moist cake and gluten free! Extremely easy to prepare and bake . The result is good every time. It's the best!

This is why I’m not vegan
This product attempts to replicate baked treats like brownies and banana bread but the flavor is way off and the texture is not appealing. I love the idea of easy baking for vegans or people with specific food allergies but this needs work.

Very easy to use
Tried variations with number of eggs, types of fruit. All turned out well. Rather expensive, but cakes took only minutes to make. Need 45 minutes to cook, but this is less than average for fruit loaves.

Delicious
These are so good I add dessicated coconut to mine and it tastes amazing, really lovely banana flavour without being too sweet, stays quite moist and is best eaten warm with a bit of butter and a drizzle of honey.Definitely buying again.

Almost as nice as the brownie mix
I rotate between the brownie mix and this one, it's good for a change but the brownie mix is still my fav as it's most versatile (tried it with bananas, coconut flakes, raspberries or hazelnuts).

Doesn't bake well
Even following the instructions, this product doesn't bake well.

Unusual, versatile, healthy, yummy loaf/cake!
I gave 4 out of 5 stars of value for money, perhaps a bit mean as it is quality item, but it is a bit pricey so I use if needed because of this (you get what you pay for!). Our family love this bread mix, but we call it more a cake as you don't need butter on it and it's sweet. It's very easy to use with quality ingredients - but because you have to add some ingredients like bananas (and egg) and margarine, then this makes the loaf/cake expensive! We love how versatile it is and environmentally useful? - as you can use over ripe bananas and if your not a vegan you can use an egg instead of an extra banana (BRILLIANT!). We have made both depending on what we have in the cupboard and they are both equally moorish! You only need a thick size slice as it's more filling than it looks and make sure as it says on the packet use large bananas -we used a couple smaller ones one day and it was a bit too dry! We love this so much as it is we haven't even tried experimenting with the optional cinnamon and other flavours and additions like choc buttons, dried fruit or nuts etc. It's quick to make and very addictive healthy cake that we keep reordering! VERY YUMMY!
