This is a high quality medical product. My physical therapist uses this brand and had me get some. I have bad knees and I can pretty much live in this tape 25+ days a month. It doesn't irritate the skin and it holds my joints together! I was losing my ability to walk semi regularly before my PT got me this tape. Before use: Make sure to trim and round the corners of the piece you have cut During use: The tape stays on in the shower, but wear will cause the tape to peel at the corners over the days. To prevent the corners from snagging and peeling further, trim off the loose edges with a scissors. Be careful not to go too close to your skin!

Ive tried many different brands of tape. gold fp is the best , lasts easily up to 5-6 days where other brands last maybe 2 days until it starts to peel off. Well worth the extra dollars.

My physical therapist recommended me this brand/tape as I recover from tennis elbow. It's the only one I've used and i have absolutely no complaints. I've kept it on for days at a time (the longest is 5 days), and even with showers and full on bath soaks, it's stayed on quite well. By day 3-5, some of the edges are a little curled but that's still impressive considering I'm taking showers and baths. I often forget it's even on because it's so comfortable. And I do feel it helps protect my arm a bit while I'm playing tennis with it on. Very happy with this purchase. I also appreciate the back has grid-type backing so you can easily cut the length you need without measuring it everytime. Cuts easily, stretches perfectly, and stays on well. I will say though that if you put it on your skin, and then immediately take it off to re-adjust it, that highly affects the durability of the adhesive. So make sure you put it on in the proper place the first time!

I have foot issues from 13 years as a teacher, and the podiatrist told me to get this. He told me to get a different brand that he said was the best brand, but this stuff worked great! I bought the spray glue stuff to make it stick better, but didn’t really need it. This tape stayed on my feet for at least 4 days, and I was showering with it on daily. You just pat it dry after each shower. It leaves dirt residue after you remove it, but I easily scrubbed that away with a wash cloth. Before randomly using this, I would talk to your doctor or physical therapist about how you are supposed to apply it. This stuff saved me from having to pay $500 for shoe inserts.

The tape is great! Takes some practice to apply it correctly, but provides the needed support. A couple of concerns, though: #1. It is rather expensive and #2 I cannot leave it in place for more than 30-36 hours without removing and replacing because of itching problems.
