Is this compatible with the new soft foam ear insert?

Have no idea..ask whomever you get your hearing aids from. These are the people who told me about the cleaner.

But, wouldn't any solution or liquid damage the speakers (the part that goes inside the ear). voided warranty? the aids are not water resistant.

Only the tips of the hearing aid (the part that goes inside your ear) goes into the liquid....not the speaker.

Batteries rechargeable. Do we have to open battery case? We dont know how.
