Why are My pan handles are melting while I cook.? I have a gas stove and these say they are compatible

That is because these are pots meant for induction stoves not gas! These Pots are the Best I ever had in my Life!

Can I use a mixer and mash potatoes in these?

I have not used mixer with these. I have used sharp knife to cut meat in pans, no problems, still look like brand new

Can they be used on glasstop stove?

Yes! That is why I bought them for my new stove.
