I've used a few different makes and this is by far the best. Provides great support , stays on well and is easy to apply. Remained durable even getting frequently wet as used to support ligament damage on wrist area. I generally changed the tape every 3-5days. Value for money.

Easy to use and does the job

I recently purchased the Compression Tap after suffering from an ankle injury, and I can't express enough how much it has helped in my recovery. This tape has been a game-changer for providing the support and stability my injured ankle desperately needed.I also used it for calf support while playing football. The tape does adhere well but after a 90min game, it does start to peel from the edges due to sweat and friction. To fix this I added another layer just for holding ends down.

But too sticky on skin when taking off but does the job

Found this tape to be perfect for taping my foot for plantar fasciitis and provides a good amount of stretch whilst offering noticeable support too. Nice and sticky and stays in place with a bit of care for 3-4 days.

I personally use this for binding my chest, I'm a trans dude and I enjoy being able to swim and do sports without having to deal with dysphoria and this tape worked really well as trans tape.If you're going to use this as trans tape make sure to be safe with it, don't wear it too long, don't try take it off without water at a minimum because I made that mistake and I have scars from it to this day.Great tape, works well, easy to cut to size.
