Tastes fine, dissolves quickly. I could feel it working soon after I took the first dose, which surprised me, a lot. When it came time to take another dose, (6 hours later) my cough had returned, along with runny nose and sore throat symptoms. Again, I felt relief, and cough, runny nose and sore throat subsided.
