I don't have the label anymore but I found this on another listing for the combo pack when someone asked the same question. It was answered by a VacYaYa Direct Seller....."these food saver vacuum sealer bags combo pack is made in China with USA standard."

How can these be used for sous vide if maximum temperature is only 100°f?  sous vide cooking can be set at 150°f.

Not sure where you get 100 degree F from.  These bags are good up to boiling temps, according to the web page.  I use them in my Sous Vide cooker all the time, from 120 degrees up to 160 degrees.  From the amazon page....
