I wear this at work and love it.

No directions, but I have different ones and made sure to disperse them evenly, even not many beads. So pic of one big lump and pretty solid.. 2nd one 3 columns filled up, which is not saying much, they're very thin and don't feel very cool.

I wanted black... but these are dark green. Lol, my fault.They work good... but, take a little work getting the material worked around evenly. Once done, it will be good... till it dries out completely requiring you to work it through again.

There is hardly any gel in them. I might as well just use a regular bandana! Don’t waste your money on there.

The silicone beads clump up and the narrow double channels won’t allow you to move them around. Returned. Very disappointing.

Used 1 time and have at least one of them leaking the bead material from the corner of the stitching. Sink was full of the little beads and had a long process of draining the sink and attempting to keep the beads from going into my pipes. Not impressed at all as I purchased 12 and have serious buyers remorse!
