It’s excellent
The red palm oil is very nice. It has a super taste and smell good.. I used it to cook vegetable soup and fry beans cakes(akara) . Tastes really yummy.

Great taste, quality and price!
This red palm oil is fantastic for cooking and for making home popped popcorn! I love this product!

I do not recommend!!
I wanted a healthy oil for frying. I read that Palm Oil has a higher heat point than the olive oil I usually use. Upon trying it for frying, I found it to be smoking heavily at medium heat. Even when I turned temp down, slightly, I still had a smoking pan. The olive Oil that I use does not smoke at these temperatures even though olive has a lower smoke point. I don't trust this oil.

I really enjoy using the palm oil. It brought back the taste of home. It is good for cooking mostly african dishes and has a nice aroma!!
