I have a recipe that calls for 6 tablespoons of liquid red food color. If I use this gel instead, how much would I need to equal that?

Red is a hard color to use you may have to use more then six table spoon until achieve the color u want

I am looking for a red red for Christmas cookies. Will one of these reds turn out true red and not dark pink, like I typically get?
