What type of roof rail should I have to use this product?

You should have flush type of rail on your car's roof. If your car doesn't have a rail, you can check our universal crossbar or roof rail options.

One of the bars is longer than the other. Did I receive a defective product?

No. It is totally normal because most of the cars are wider in the front side.

I can't insert the bars fully / The bars are way too long for my car. Did I receive a defective / wrong product?

Try loosening the horizontal screw which is in the mount and try inserting the bar fully.

Are these crossbars suitable for the cars with sunroof?

Yes but we recommend not to open your sunroof while crossbars are installed.

Not for flush roof

Bought this product because it said it was for flush rails not raised ones. Can't just it and we leave on our trip tomorrow! Not happy, will be returning!

Make sure you watch installation video first

I love the way the bars look. They look more OEM than the genuine dealer cross bars. I almost returned them because the parts looked very simple to install and I proceeded without reading the instructions or watching the video. When the end caps did not want to go in completely, I thought I had a defective product. After seeing the video, I noticed that the smooth side was not supposed to be on top. I swapped them and had a fairly simple install after that. They look sturdy.
