How do you anchor them to prevent theft or moving around?

Well, they are pretty heavy and when braced against a curb with the weight of whatever you're rolling onto them, they don't move around. As for security, if you're leaving them out each one has two holes where you could stake or bolt through to the surface. We're using them only as needed and bring them out when we bring a fifth wheel over an angled curb.
