This was said to be similar to "soft pinch tinted lip oil" by rare beauty. is that true? is it highly pigmented and does it stain the lips?

This is more sticky and less moisturizing. If you’re looking for something similar to rare beauty, I’d go for romand’s dewyful water tint instead.
