Hello! It's easy to adjust the length by paying attention to just two key points：
1：To remove the Pins, follow the direction shown by the arrow on the watch strap and use our tool to remove the pins in the strap as shown in the video.

I bought one of these bands and got it caught on the door and it broke the pin that attaches the band to the iwatch, how can I get more of these pins?

What are the pins called that attach watch. It has a little head on top that springs back. I got it caught on my sweater and need a replacement. You should actually add a few extra to the original purchase.
