These dressings are ridiculously good. I usually put them on spinach salads with dinner---you don't need much---and the flavor is absolutely amazing. I was first sent a package that was packed improperly and the bottles broke, but these guys immediately sent me a replacement no questions asked, and made sure I was taken care of which I very much appreciate as a customer. Everybody who this is served to has LOVED it, and I can attest that their olive oil and balsamic are also fantastic. I will be continuing to buy this product and I'm curious what else I could use it in.

The flavor is very mild. I was expecting a solid lemony taste. If you store in the fridge the oil hardens so I keep it in the cupboard. It tastes OK.

This is a delicious dressing for salad or as a marinade. The flavor is vivid, so I prefer it as a marinade. Put chicken into it to soak, grill or saute and suddenly you are an acclaimed chef!

I have only used it for a salad dressing thusfar and it is fantastic. I am planning on trying it for a marinade for shishkabob's which should also be devine. Great product I just stumbled upon on the Amazon site.

flavor is a little more intense than expected. added some stevia to take the bitter edge off and is much better as a salad dressing. would be good as a marinade though as is.
