Much better than I expected
These are wonderful socks ...thick, comfortable, warm. They stay up if you wear them as knee socks. I just placed another order.

Happy slouch socks wearin gal
These are exactly what you want them to be...cute 80s slouchy socks. I bought the white and the blue. I would easily buy all the other colors. I have size 7-7.5 feet and they are just fine, but could easily fit a much larger foot, and also, I would say down to a 6. They are thick but not so thick you can’t wear sneakers-I can wear adidas, new balance, whatever-but I could see them being a little snug for my normal size converse. I have really small ankles, and they do make them look thick though, if that’s an issue for you! I really love them exactly as is, however. A few things-when they arrived-they look a little bit like I owned them for a while. I say this because if you look at the photos, they are almost pilling? I actually think it makes them more comfortable though and doesn’t impact the look, it might actually improve the look. Not that it matters (I am just trying to give a good review because I am always looking for good ones), the package it arrives in is very standard clear plastic in a usps mailer. Also, when I ordered, I was told they would arrive a week later than they did so-bonus! If you are searching and are on the fence because they are kind of expensive for socks...I bought them lol so go for it. I will come back if there are any washing issues!

Perfect boot socks
I bought these years ago and to this day they are my favorite socks to wear with boots! They are super thick, soft, and comfy and they are the perfect length to wear with knee high boots. I absolutely love these socks

Not exactly what we used to wear, but still cute and make me nostalgic.
These are quite big and don’t exactly “hug” your feet. The toe area is too big/wide, more like a man’s sock than a woman’s and it’s quite thick so if your shoes fit well, you may have to stretch the excess fabric up the back of your foot and hide it under the scrunched fabric. At least that is what I’ve had to do. I think they are WAY overpriced for the feel of the fabric and lack of actual foot shape. But once your shoes are on, they look cute, more like scrunched up leg warmers than our old scrunch socks. I was born in 77. My middle school and high school days were filled with THE REAL scrunch socks. I am quite amazed that no company I’ve tried has been able to get it exactly right. Who knew back then buying scrunch socks in bulk for cheap just how lucky we were. I feel like maybe the people designing them are just from the wrong era. This is a job for 40 something soccer moms, not a young person who never wore a pair of the real thing. Still, I’m happy with the purchase and since these are closer than some others I’ve tried, I’ll probably buy more. It just kills me that they charge high fashion prices for what were always very reasonable comfy and fashionable socks. But they’re just socks, not any sort of fancy fabric, even a little rough. If you’re still stuck in the 80’s like I am, then you’ll probably not be mad at them when you buy them since there aren’t many options out there. Are slouch socks like the McDonalds McRib? Only available for a limited time. Who knew there was a cult following for our old gym socks we bought at Walmart? Fix the fit issue and realize that females are buying and wearing them, and perhaps get some softer material and then I’ll feel like it’s “close enough”. I feel like an old geezer though…”back in my day, slouch socks were VERY affordable, fit like normal socks, and there were just waves in the calf portion for ease of scrunching.” 👵🏼

Nice quality, good price and the color is as it looked on the computer
I needed this to match a medium gray sweater and they were perfect. Great to wear one at a time or for layering. Perfect thickness to keep feet warm and look great sticking out of the top of my Uggs!

Very 1970s. Decent (but not great) quality for the price
Just a tiny bit thinner than the ones you bought in the 1980s-1990s, so not exactly "extra heavy," but thick enough, and they look really cute. All cotton, too (except the elastic in the slouchy leg part). These are absolutely your style if you're looking for vintage "scrunch socks" or "slouch socks". Great with sneakers at the gym or for dancing, or just for "that look". Very flattering. Excellent in winter, too, as boot socks.
