Yes you can but don't rub or massage under eye area.

I use Kumkumadi as a morning face oil, but very sparingly under the eyes. Yesterday I must have used too much as my eyes started to burn a bit. Nothing serious. I just let it go and the sensation stopped. So, in short, yes it's fine under eyes but only thin layer and not too close to lower lashes.

Do i require to use sunblock adter using this

No not required it's a ayurvedic recipe for anti ageing not required anything after that. Use at night before sleep for best results. Please follow instructions mentioned in label.
