I only take these during the darker seasons, I use the Sun when it's out. So basically for £9.99 a year I maintain my Vit D. Vit K helps the calcium go into your teeth and bones, not your blood vessels. I have no qualification in this stuff so do your own reasearch. But these I consider good value.

I started using when I had read online that taking a Vit D supplement helped boost your immune system. I still have an occasional cold but they are not Manflu'. I take one tablet in the morning, easy to take with water or tea!

I bought these, to keep up my vit D levels, I take one every other day.If you are thinking of buying these, check with you Doctor, your vit D levels, before hand.

It's never easy to tell if a vitamin is actually effective. Unless you can discount other pills, foods, your own health, the weather even, you really can't hand-on-heart say that one particular pill is really the factor that is causing your uplift.I bought these for my bloke, vegetarian (healthily so) who's had a cold for pretty much the last six months, tired and run-down and constantly sniffing. He doesn't eat fruit or spend a lot of time outside.Being veggie, I chose a brand that he'd be happy with, and he was. He's been taking them for the last few weeks (though not religiously), so again it isn't exactly a review founded on exact science. And he's also started taking them when Spring has arrived and we are all naturally absorbing more vitamin D anyway.These are a 'just in case' purchase really, one I wish I'd made for him six months earlier. I don't believe in over-medication but a few key vitamins can be helpful.While his cold has improved a little, we will really only see a benefit over a dark winter period.Hard to tell if these are effective, but they certainly have had no side effects or caused problems. They are also reportedly easy to swallow, something he sometimes struggles with, so there is that.

Use it daily. I mainly got it for hair, skin and nail health. Nails are not looking any better after months of daily use. But, my skin is looking healthy. I'll keep at it.Taste is like putrid, muddy grass clippings. Horrible. But, that's the facts of meds, I guess?? I chase it with some juice or milk.
