The Casio A168 is an old watch, to the point where if you're buying one you don't need my spiel. This one's water resistant, but that doesn't mean WATERPROOF. Do NOT submerge this watch. It's extremely light, surprisingly durable and the battery out of the box will last about 3 years with regular use of the illumination function.

I’ve worn this watch almost every single day for a little over a year now. Bought it Summer of 2021 and it’s work so well. I’ve dropped it, bumped into things pretty hard multiple of times, submerged it in water and it still tells the time to this day. I haven’t even really needed to fix the time once. Once you set in the date and time it’s good till the day it dies. Only downside is that if you have hairy arms like me, it’s gonna hurt for a while as the watch tugs/snags on the individual hairs on your wrist. But after a while it either pulls enough off in that area or you get used it and it doesn’t bother you anymore. The price is also a very good deal. It’s lasted me long enough to be impressed and works just fine. The style is simple and vintagely cool which I personally dig. Overall I recommend this watch to those who just need a simple digital watch that tells the time and date and that has a little style. It’s a great watch. What else can I say?

I’ve gone through a lot of reviews and research before buying this, AND I LOVE IT. It has all the basics (time, military time, alarm, day/date, alarm, stopwatch, and backlight). If I had to summarize all this, I’d say “This is the PERFECT everyday beater.” It’s small and elegant, at the same time, not too casual. By that, I don’t mean with a suit…but if you’re wearing something nice like a casual button-up or turtleneck, it’ll go along nicely. And yes, I’ve read the reviews about the strap on Amazon from others. What I have to say is….this is a $25-$30 everyday/beater watch…what’d you expect LOL If you don’t like the strap, simply change it. For the new people getting into watches and on a “college-student” budget, I’ve gotten compliments from friends and co-workers that wear watches like Omega, Tudor, Grand Seiko, and of course, Rolex. They liked how simple and stylish it is, and they have agreed that it’s a great everyday/beater for the price. Hope this helps you in making a decision! 😊

I have two of these. I lost one for a week and finally ave up looking for it. The new watch is pretty much the same although a little brighter than the old on. I think I reviewed the old one also. These watches are rugged, keep good time, are stylish feel good on my wrist. There is a break in period where the band tends to pull out the hairs on wrist, but after awhile that stops as your arm and its hair et used to it. Oh grow up its not that bad! My only complaint would be the night light is not bright. Oh I found my other watch the day this watch arrived!

Beautiful watch Not much else to it

I just love this darn thing :D I was a mite worried about merely setting the thing to local time once I got it out of its box but the instructions were easy peasy!! The weirdo hooky-clasp for the wristband was easy to fasten once I finished saying "whaa??" and squinted at it for a minute. Fits just fine on my teeny little wrist. Dork Bomb Forever!

Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis für diese (80'er Jahre) Retrouhr, im Einzelhandel erheblich teurer. Mach ich, im Übrigen, immer so, in der Stadt die Artikel ansehen, Namen und Firma des Artikel erfragen und dann bei "Amaznn" bestellen. Ich kann auch die negative Darstellung von "Amaznn" in unseren "Qualitätsmedien" nicht verstehen. Ihr seid Super, euren Service, die übersichtliche Darstellung und die Kundennähe (Support) findet man selten. Gerade, was den Support betrifft, bei Anderen "verhungert" man in der Warteschleife, bei euch nicht. Danke dafür, Holger Schröter.
