Great quality at a great price!
I don’t know why Vizio TVs don’t get more love from people. This TV, for the price you pay, is absolutely stunning. Is it a good as the best LED or OLED TV? Of course not, and how could you expect it to be at the price you are paying. But it does have a big screen with small bezels and amazing picture quality. The black levels are acceptable to me and you can watch this in a bright room with no issues. I used to be a home theater snob when I was in my twenties, where I had to have the best of everything. Then I got married, had kids, and realized that there were more important things to spend my money on. And you know what? I don’t feel like I am missing out on a movie theater-like experience with this TV, my receiver, my bookshelf speakers, and my subwoofer. Granted, I do have a Denon receiver, Paradigm speakers, and an SVS sub, but I swear I got them on sale. For real. 😂 I can’t comment on the speaker quality, but you should at least be using a sound bar for a good watching experience. There are some inexpensive ones nowadays that sound really good.

Still Blown Away Nearly 4 Years Later — Incredible Picture and Perfect for Home Theater
Still Blown Away Nearly 4 Years Later — Incredible Picture and Perfect for Home Theater I picked up the VIZIO 75" P-Series (P75Q9-J01, 2022 model) on a Black Friday deal nearly four years ago, and it's honestly one of the best tech purchases I’ve ever made. For the price I paid, this TV punches way above its weight class. The 4K picture quality is outstanding, especially when paired with my Oppo 4K Blu-ray player. Watching Dolby Vision discs is a completely immersive experience — the HDR performance is absolutely spectacular, with deep blacks, brilliant highlights, and eye-popping color thanks to the Quantum LED panel. Movies like Blade Runner 2049 and Dune in Dolby Vision look flat-out cinematic on this screen. It also integrated instantly into my Pioneer Elite home theater system, no hiccups or weird compatibility issues. ARC and HDMI 2.1 work exactly as expected, and the sound passthrough is rock solid. The TV handles everything from streaming to Blu-rays to console gaming with ease. The SmartCast OS has been decent overall — not the snappiest UI in the world, but it supports Apple AirPlay 2, Chromecast, Alexa, and Google Assistant, so I’ve had zero trouble getting it to play nicely with my smart home setup. After nearly four years of daily use, it still looks and works like new. No burn-in, no panel issues, and no regrets.

great tv...shipping has a lot to be deserved
ordering was simple...the TV was too large for normal delivery..so it was set up to ship via a trucking company. I scheduled shipping(another story that resolved itself) and the TV was delivered. The driver was great...delivery was fine except one of the corners of the box was completely ripped away revealing a good portion of the TV. I was amazed that Amazon allowed it out of their warehouse. Mounted it on the wall...picture is amazing. I will update if necessary if some of the issues others had reveal themselves, but so far, other than the condition the TV arrived(shame on them)...the TV itself is well worth the buy.

Fantastic TV, dead in 10 months, Classic Vizio
Ah, how I loved this TV. I couldn't believe the sale price I found for it. It was bigger than I'd have typically gone, but it sounded amazing, so we went for it. We got the Vizio speakers with it on a similar deal, got a mount, super sweet setup. The SmartTV features could be a little janky and irritating to use, but the quality of the picture? Sublime. We got the speakers because TVs' built-in audio quality has been in the toilet for over a decade, but we honestly probably didn't "need" the speakers, because the built-in is super decent. With the old TV, I just used a cable to port video directly to the TV, and we were able to watch whatever we wanted instantly. The SmartTV features were so convenient, and their picture quality was so good, that I wound up using that with the Vizio instead. Great video, great sound, lighter than the 55" we replaced by a good twenty pounds. Excellent dark, excellent pretty much everything. Easy to use, a delight in our home. And then it just stopped working. I was so relieved to realize we were still inside the manufacturer's warranty, thought it would be simplicity itself. I had a Vizio TV, it was inside their warranty, new TV incoming, right?! No. They were refunding my original purchase price. Told me they "didn't have any replacements available." I asked after options, and was informed by their abysmal customer service that I essentially HAD no options. I recognize that national sales must be pretty complicated, but their Amazon store has twelve available RIGHT NOW. Couldn't I just have one of those? No? I had a Vizio TV, 40", that also crapped out within warranty. Vizio sent a guy over, he fixed it right up, thing worked for another ten years before the part installed crapped out again, and by then it wasn't worth it to do the replacement myself (which the tech had been friendly enough to allow me to watch so I could do it myself if I ever needed to) due to scarcity of the part. I thought we'd at least get it fixed, but no. No effort made to convenience us in the slightest. Considering I will have to dispose of this TV at cost due to my location, I kind of lost money on this deal. So, that's the moral of my story. Maybe you'll luck out and get a properly-assembled unit, in which case congratulations! You've got a really awesome TV! Or, maybe today's Russian Roulette of online purchases will land you a lemon like mine, and unlike me, yours might be out of warranty. If that happens, know that these people will not care in the slightest. I guess it was fun having a free TV for ten months, but if you'd like a product you can confidently install in your home, say with a fancy mount alongside some mounted speakers, you might want to look elsewhere. It's all a gamble these days, but my Vizio products have ALWAYS required some amount of attention as long as I've been buying them, and apparently they've now decided it's no longer worth the trouble. Took me a minute, but I think I've learned my lesson. (Vizio, don't do that thing where you see my negative review and suddenly get all concerned about my customer service experience. I'm not putting up another of your televisions on my wall, so save yourself some embarrassment.)

I love this TV.
I love this TV. When I got it there was not a better TV at its price-point. The firmware kinda sucks though. I used to have issues about once a week that power cycling would fix. The latest update solved a bunch of the issues and I almost never have to reboot. A Reddit deep dive would make you think this TV is unusable, but I have no problems with it. I use it for Apple TV 4K Dolby Vision @ 60hz, Xbox Series X 4K @ 120hz VRR. I don’t like HDR gaming because it dims the display so I can’t speak to it.

Don’t be misled by the smart cast Home Screen
When I first turned on the TV I was concerned about how sharp the screen was and of course the Vizio RED But have no fear, I stream through my firestick anyway and everything is just fine The TV is BRIGHT You don’t need any lights on in the room while watching that’s for sure Tv was easy to set up like my 2 other Vizio sets so I knew it would be easy. Remote is straightforward and easy to use.. I can’t comment on sound quality because I run my TV through Sonos so it sounds awesome always. I play around with picture settings which is easy, like dark calibrated or just calibrated or sports depending what I’m watching , but dark calibrated seems to be the best. Sooooo much easier than the TCL I sent back. Dark scenes aren’t perfect like my plasma but much better than the TCL QM8. Very happy with the picture quality even being on this giagantic screen. Amazon delivery this time was good but they put the feet on the tv wrong and had to come back and fix that or the TV would have fallen over (that was stressful) but as always Amazon took care of all that

Great picture quality from Vizio but is reliability there?
I purchased this item October 12 2022 new from Amazon. Tv looks great and picture quality is outstanding! Today is March 9 2023. I seem to be having issues with the tv turning on when it likes to from time to time. Maybe something to do with the remote. I’m unsure and changed the batteries already but problem persists. Today I have heard some crackling sound from the tv when it was off. I ran into the living room and notice it was coming from the back. Unsure if it was through the tvs built in speakers or something electrical inside the tv. I turned the tv back on and off and the sound stopped. Tv seems to be working ok but I’m getting concerned for this product. This is my first Vizio tv and I have always owned Samsung. Never ran into any problems with my past tvs. I will contact Vizio customer service and discuss this matter.

Amazing TV
TV and Movies on this screen are amazing. I came from a 65” Samsung plasma screen and was somewhat dubious about the refresh rate. No disappointment here though. Crisp and clear with no artifacts. I opted to run the TV through a Roku as opposed to the in built apps. So far this has been very good. We have three windows behind the couch, facing the TV. So far, reflections have not been a problem. The only kind of negative is the iPhone app. I cannot get it to show the Viziocast network for me to connect. This is not a deal breaker. I highly recommend this TV.
