Excellent mat. It is very comfortable and thick, offering good cushioning for the knees and elbows. It doesn't slip easily and includes a carrying strap, making it very practical. Very good quality and highly recommended.

The 1in thick is super nice. Provides enough padding to help make using it not miserable. it stays in place really well and doesn't slide all over the floor when your exercising.

Pros: thick, good material and feels very soft/good, easy to carry with strap, I'm 6'3 and it was long enough for yoga Cons: wish it was a bit firmer/stiffer. Balancing on it was hard because it's too cushiony and you sink in.

It’s a bit bulky but to be expected in a thicker mat. I do like the additional thickness as recommended by my rheumatologist. It is larger and more comfortable than a traditional yoga mat.

This mat is super thick and very well made. It is so comfortable to walk on and move on.

It's nice and cushioned, but the cushion makes stability difficult. It's a bit slippery. It did not come with a strap. The material tore in two places while using it for the first time for easy yoga poses. It might be better as a sleep mat. It's not great for yoga.

The box where the yoga mat comes in, has a big Warning about the product being made with cancerous material. How can Amazon sell these type of product without checking if its totally safe?
