I have been a consumer of this product for over 4 years and have just upgraded my machine. Amazing fragrances, my friends all ask about the smell of my home, and when I travel it is so convenient to just change the settings online and save the product. Love it!

Okay, so I love the concept of this product. Now, let’s review the item: 1) it was nicely packaged when it arrived. 2) it was rather simple to assemble. 3) upon filling the bottle with fragrance oil and sliding it back down into the machine, the key would not lock — they key STILL does not properly work 4) the system works by an app you must download and install (2nd downside) The app should serve ONE purpose—to use IF I’m away from home and want to turn the device on/off prior to arriving home. Period. Otherwise, where’s the on/off button ON the device? There isn’t one. 5) the fragrance oil is wayyyyyy overpriced for what you get AND doesn’t last long AT ALL. Thus, you go through oils. 6) the oil leaks — so when you want to change fragrance oils you have oil from the previous usage all over. It’s messy and wasteful. Again, with the price of the device & oils, there should be zero waste!!! 7) it has noise, so the item description is deceiving. Do not expect a soundless quality from this device 8) AromaPlan sent one small VIAL ( tester, I presume) with this device. Again, very deceiving per the product description, where they make it sound as though you’re getting 1 free oil with the purchase. They neglect to be fully transparent when mentioning that “free” oil with purchase is only a tiny vial. I have not used it yet, but based on the oil set I purchased at the same time I ordered this, and how fast I’ve already gone through THREE bottles, a vial would likely equate to the atomization of a couple minutes—a joke, truly 9) AromaPlan suggests you use “their oils” — pfft! Of course they do bc they overcharge for them and they want the monies!! Save yourself the money and do your research… your due diligence on fragrance oil for cold waterless diffusers will save you $$!! 10) this company claims and markets as “hotel luxury oils & scents” but the ones I’ve tried (Dubai, 24 Magic, Santal) are NOT any luxury hotel scents I’ve ever experienced in any of the luxury hotels I’ve stayed—be warned. Lastly, but not entirely the last point, bc it brings me right back to the beginning — the concept is stellar, being able to scent your entire home is exceptional. That is what I love.

Ordered two these units about 9 months ago…loved them - kept one which seems to work great and gifted the other one to my adult daughter and WARNING as her got extremely hot to the touch on the bottom of the unit. I asked her if she had hers set on a timer and she said she did so not sure why the malfunction in her unit, I’m just glad she noticed the overheating. Needless to say…that unit is now permanently unplugged. Very disappointed in the unit as these are not inexpensive.

I bought this since coverage seems to be better than most. I live in a two-story house. I attached a clear 5/16 hose to it with the other end right inside the plenum(?) of the A/C unit. I then stuck this unit to the A/C unit with some velcro. The scent we use is subtle but noticeable. However, yeesh, the app sucks. The grammar is kind of weird, which usually means bad localization from Mandarin. Connectivity takes a few tries when first linking the app by WiFi to the unit (using Google Pixel 6 Pro), and the unit will beep LOUDLY at you every ten to thirty seconds until you set a schedule. I'm not really a "schedule" kind of guy, so I take great offense to this unit's pushiness. Perhaps what is more discouraging is that you cannot use Alexa or Google Home as an alternative to control this unit, because those services simply don't recognize this company yet, so there's no way to link accounts when linking to Alexa or Google Home. Having said all that, this unit is working well enough; so, perhaps all the trade-off is worth the (relatively) low price tag when compared to other whole-home scent machines. I can only hope that the company surprises me and refines the app. Sure, you could program this manually, but I can already tell from using it and all the other reviews that it will be very tedious to do so.

I bought the diffuser and 3 scents. All of them smell soooo good! After few minutes that I turned on the machine I could smell the fragrance in the whole room. It has a beautiful and modern design. I love the fact that you can use the app to schedule when the diffuser will turn on/off and also the intensity. By the way, the app is easy to use and works very well. The package is really good and the product is simple to assemble. So I’m satisfied with it!
