Packaging was good, tools themselves work great. Takes some getting use to, but if you watch the instructional video's, after 1 or 2 jobs you really start getting the hang of it. Cut sanding way down, finish time went way down, worth the money if you do around 400+ sheets a year. I did around 1500 sheets last year and already up to 400 and it's only march. I do general construction for a living, not just a taper. This tool does help considerably.
