WOQQW Back Massager with Heat, Shiatsu Massage Pillow for Pain Relief

Oh my god this thing is mega! When I first turned it on I thought it was uncomfortable but once you shimmy it to where you want it and figure out how much you want to lean against it it’s bliss! Could literally feel it getting the knots. I have been training heavy recently and my back neck and shoulders have been in bits. Wanted a massage but couldn’t get in til next Thursday. Came on here in desperation and saw the reviews for this and went for it. Not disappointed! Feel so much better, and the fact you can put it in the car is just a double win!

I am 39 weeks pregnant with a really sore upper back, this has been incredible to relieve that pain and tension. Super easy to use with different settings for slower and faster massage. A great alternative to an actual massage.

Wow - this is fantastic! Easy & quick to set up, and boy, does it pack a punch! I suffer from stress and tension which I hold in my back and shoulders, and was a little sceptical at just how effective this massager would be, but it's honestly amazing. It massages deep into the muscle, and I was only sitting in a chair, leaving back on it gently. It seems to reach all the right places, under the shoulder blade, etc. The different directions of the massage tips reach different muscles and sometimes one direction feels more effective than the other. I can imagine this would be perfect to do pre-bedtime, to really relax you. The only reason I originally gave four and not five stars was because there is a click coming from the left side of the massage tips, which detracts a bit from the relaxing nature of it, but also makes me wonder if there is something catching as it rotates, since the other side doesn't do this. But it is incredibly effective as a massager and it only arrived an hour ago! I highly recommend it! Addendum: I have since bought another one for a friend, who absolutely loves it.

I’ve recently got back into fitness, and my back has been in absolute pieces every single day. It got to the point where if my partner so much as poked me, I’d fold onto the floor like a cheap deckchair. So I reached peak desperation and ordered the massager with the best reviews I could find. So here are my thoughts: ... I didn’t have any thoughts, because within three days I had essentially ascended into heaven. Anyway, jokes aside here's an actual review. The massager is really easy to use, you just plug it in and you’re good to go. It has an optional flap which softens the intensity of the nodes, and I really like this feature because it makes it feel more like actual hands rather than hard plastic digging into your spine. There are a few different modes, but the heating function is my favourite, it really helps relax the muscles and makes the whole experience feel much more effective. I’ve been using it pretty much non-stop for a month now and it’s held up perfectly. There's no wear, no drop in performance, still works exactly as it did on day one. In fact, my back has improved so much that the massages now feel almost too intense, which I’m taking as a sign that the knots and tension are finally gone. Overall, if your back is in bits like mine was, this thing is an absolute lifesaver.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I checked out the reviews and they were spot on. For days now I’ve had a radiating pain down my arm. This came the other day and I’ve tried it now: 15mins of blissful massaging of my neck! I know it won’t away overnight but my goodness it’s a great machine! Def worth the money. Pressure: You really feel like you’ve been massaged - really deep and satisfying Massage quality: Great - it stops after 15 mins of rotating which switches position every now and again. I used for my neck but would be fab for lower back and other areas it even comes with a car lighter connection. Quality: Really well made and very simple instructions. Value for money: I can’t imagine you’d get something else this quality for this price.

I bought this massager after getting a backache during a long drive. It certainly works, although it is almost uncomfortably vigorous; that said, I used to have a $1000+ Osim massage chair that wasn’t significantly more comfortable. I think all these “rotating ball” type back massagers all feel the same. This one comes with a 12V car adapter but it is too thick and lumpy to use while driving. I somehow thought it could be used like a car’s massaging seats. Nope, too thick/uncomfortable to have in the small of your back while driving. But… it is cheap and I can’t argue that it works.

This actually does massage quite firm, with heat as well. Adjustable strength Would recommend. I got it for my back. Can use it in car as well- 2 plugs.

I couldn't find a CE mark on the product, instruction sheet or the box. Item came from China. My feedback, question, is the product safe to use?

edit: This might be the fastest response I got from the from the seller after I emailed them a day ago about my unfortunate product. They immediately sent me a new one and was very polite and apologetic. This is how everything should be handeled, professionally. I recommend! the first rotation is fine, but after the movement switches to counter-clockwise, the massager just stops working. turns out I'm one of unlucky ones but good thing seller reached out to me fast!

Love everything about this product! At first I had my doubt if it would help my stiff neck and back shoulder blade pain. After a week of use, all the pain slowly went away. I've been using different kinds of pain pills that my doctor told me to take, and exercises but none ever worked. Using it once a day with the automatic settings that stop after 10-15 minutes is good enough. Had my co-workers test it and they bought themselves one each. Would definitely recommend!

I really like the flatter design of this over my old massager. The old massager was very bulky and hard to use on a lot of areas of my back. This design is a lot easy to place down and lay back on. The only thing I don't like about it is the power/control buttons are on top and sooo often I lay back start to enjoy and bam it shuts off because I accidentally hit the power button. Some days when it gets really annoying when trying to work my lower back. I have to find akward positions to keep from laying on the buttons. I just don't know why they though it a good idea to put push buttons right were your going to put pressure for use. Just am idea if their reading but either put them more to the side or even better make the controls on the cord so they can be totally out of the way.

I ordered this massager and loved how strong it is so much that I went to order another one and it has been out of stock ever since. When trying to order I am given a message to order another one the is IDENTICAL in appearance however it is FAR INFERIOR to this original one. Do not order the recommended replacement product. While it looks the same it is not as strong and if you put any weight on it, it jams and makes a loud noise.

At first I was excited for this based off of previous reviews. Only to find out it only stays on for a minute at a time. Everything is connected properly. Directions was read over and over again to see if by chance I had missed something. The directions also state it will switch directions of the massage….that is also a big negative. This is supposed to stay on for at least 15 minutes! This is pointless and a waste of money. Who wants to continually keep pushing the start button after every minute to start the massage again?
