This product is well made and good quality just make sure you wash clean and oil with olive or vegetable after every use to prevent rusting...

Cast iron corn sticks!
Growing up my great grandmother always made cornbread sticks in one of these and it was always perfectly crispy on the outside. This was always a favorite when I visited. It holds heat well, easy to clean and even brings back good memories.

I love Lodge...
Ok all of my cast iron is Lodge. I like it. I use it a lot. This is an interesting pan for corn bread sticks. This pan is probably one of my least favorites in the Lodge line because the stick. By the time you oil them down enough to prevent sticking, you have oily bread. Now to be fair I have used it twice. I'm not ready to give up on it, but haven't worked it out yet. It is an interesting piece in my collection and I'll keep it. As all Lodge sturdy and will last a very very long time.

Lodge Cast Iron Cornstick Pan
LOVE the crisp it puts on my cornbread 'pones.' I had seasoned it before I read that that was unnecessary. I use an avocado oil spray lightly before each use and bread easily comes loose. Then I simply empty crumbs and wipe clean and repeat. Easy peasy!!! Thanks for having this unsubstituable item.

Excellent quality
From a company that’s been in business since 1896. Used to make corn pones for my son when he was a toddler. Bought this one so my grandson can enjoy the same. Makes the best cornbread. Make sure to follow the care instructions.

The best cornbread
Great pan. Just enough for a small family. Portion sized cornbread bakes perfectly with lots of lovely crunch on the outside but still soft in the middle. The shape makes cute sticks too!

Great cornbread sticks
Stuck slightly to the pan but able to remove them in one piece. Pan will “season” in time. Nice to have.
