I ordered three of these Trideer Exercise Ball Yoga Ball... in different sizes (L and XL) and colors (Black, Blush Dawn Pink and Rosy Morning Glow) for both my kids and myself, and we are very happy with them. They were very easy to install using the included pump, and everything needed was in the package, nothing was missing. One thing I really appreciated is that there was no noticeable smell. I am very sensitive to strong odors, so this was important to me. I used these exercise balls before, but had to give them up when we relocated, so I bought them again. They are sturdy, comfortable, and work great for exercise, sitting, and stretching. Definitely recommend buying!

First, love the purple color. It’s like a muted grape hue. Packaging was good. Comes with pump, instructions, 3 plugs, plug remover, measuring tape (see photos). The deflated ball looks really small when you first take it out of the packaging. Don’t worry, it’ll inflate to size. A lot of people’s reviews says the ball doesn’t get to size. When I first started pumping up the ball, I got it to inflate to the lower end of the size range (55 inches) pretty easily. Took about 10 min of constant pumping with the included pump. I waited a few minutes and then added about 20 more pumps of air, waited a few minutes again, added more air. Eventually, it got to the high end of the size range (65 inches) without too much extra effort. The whole set up took maybe 20 minutes. The instructions say to wait a day after you initially inflate the ball if it’s not getting to size, then add more air to allow the PVC material to stretch, but I didn’t have this issue. The only thing slightly negative I’ll say is that if you are looking for a specific sized ball and want it to be on the softer side (more give when you sit on it), size up. I inflated my ball to 65 inches (max for the L size) and it’s pretty hard, not a lot of give when I sit on it (then again, I’m on the smaller size). The overall size of the ball is good and what I expected, but I think I would’ve preferred an XL ball that’s not as inflated. For reference I’m 5’3” and 115lbs and I bought this ball for gentle exercise/stretching and for early labor. The current height of the ball fully inflated would also make it perfect as a desk chair as well and the firmness would be ideal for sitting for longer periods. My feet touch the ground fine and it’s easy to balance on it. If it were any squishier, I don’t think it would be an ideal desk chair as I’d sink into it too much. Overall, it’s a quality ball, just make sure you’re ordering the right size. I’d recommend getting the size where your expected size falls in the lower-middle inflated size range.

I've had other brands in the past, but this stability ball is my favorite. I bought one for me and one for my husband. The quality is outstanding. It's strong and sturdy. It comes with a little hand pump that took me all of 5 minutes to get it to full capacity. They also give you a little tool to make it easier to pull out the plug when you need to fill it up or let out some air. I am 5'1" tall and purchased the medium size. My husband is 5'9" and the large works great for him. Great addition to our home gym. Definitely recommend!

I’m wfh and my office chair was giving me bad back aches. I bought this to replace it and love it!! This is for sure too low for an office chair however I enjoy stretching, working out, and especially not having back pain anymore since using it! Plus love the color

This Trideer ball really said “physical therapy AND toddler entertainment center.” As an exercise ball, it’s solid, sturdy, and great for stretching, balance work, or core training — very “I’m improving my life” energy. But the real plot twist? Your toddler will absolutely claim it as their personal bounce orb. Dual‑use king. One minute you’re doing stability exercises, the next minute it’s a tiny human launching themselves into orbit. It holds air well, feels durable, and doesn’t get weirdly squishy over time. Not perfect, but definitely a reliable addition to both your workout routine and your kid’s chaos routine. Rating: 4/5 — great stability ball, elite toddler trampoline.

Used during pregnancy. Worked great. Good quality, easy to use and fill up. Will fill to complete fullness over multiple days and it was perfect. Comes with pump and "key" to get the plug out easily. Great value.

Sturdy and I liked it

Excellent—it's amazing! The quality is 10/10. We inflated it over three consecutive days, and it's been perfect ever since. It still has a slight egg shape after a week, but that doesn't bother me at all because it does exactly what it's supposed to do. I've been able to do my prenatal exercises very effectively. The quality is 1000/1000! Before buying this, I was torn between this one and a more expensive brand that's specifically made for labor and delivery. I chose this one to save some money, and I honestly don't regret it at all. It works perfectly.

Easy to expand and holds its shape. Great workout ball while sitting at a desk or table.
