What an awesome idea! I love to sit down with one for a calming break and nutritional brain boost during a busy day. These taste home-baked and healthy, not over-processed and sugary. Having one before bed helps me to settle into sleep and remember dreams better. I am definitely ordering more for myself as well as some extra for family and friends. These are awesome, and they do give you really trippy dreams. Really like the lavender.

This bar is absolutely amazing and its helped me in so many ways that I did not even anticipate! With food allergies, I am very picky, and also get a craving for sweets at night and this satisfies both of these things beautifully. Its not TOO sweet, it makes me feel grounded, and the lavender truly helps me calm down and prepare for a good night's sleep. Also, I used to remember my dreams when I was little and I loved having them as an adventure and also to help me make decisions in my waking life based on what my subconscious was trying to show me. Having this tool via Dream Bars helps me to carve out time to myself at night or during the day when I can reflect and be grateful for the day and look forward to the night. Great taste, also very effective. I shared one with a friend and we both had vivid dreams that night. It was interesting because he had really good dreams about his family and friends- which he appreciated because normally he has nightmares due to post traumatic stress he suffers from after serving ten years in the army. I'd definitely recommend this product for taste and effectiveness. Honestly, I love this bar just as a snack! I could eat this one any hour of any day as a "mini meal" during my stressful work day. Of the different flavors of bars, this one is my go-to flavor. However, I am from the Pacific Northwest, so am quite biased towards anything apple. I would recommend this bar to anyone that's looking for a new unique snack bar. It's such a nice change to the other boring bars on the market.

The first thing that hits you when you open the foil wrapper is the lavender. It is such a warming comforting aroma. The banana flavor is secondary to the lavender and the bar is the perfect sweetness. It makes a wonderful snack to wind down (with a cup of tea in the evening) or for munching on during a stressful work day.

These bars are so delicious and filling! I always wanted to try them before I sleep, but I just can't hold out long enough until before bedtime before munching away. They keep for a while, so I like to bring some along on hikes, too.
