This is fantastic.Shipped way sooner than Amazon had notified, shipped in sturdy packaging and also jerky is vacuum sealed in a heavy duty bag. Zero issues with quality or freshness. People complain about the grease, there's hardly any AND it's meat for crying out loud. Bummed that I missed it when it used to cost $110 but worth every penny. The jerky is tender, salty, peppery just enough, fresh, delicious. I hope this company can stay with this bulk jerky game I would love to try their other flavors.Highly recommend

I just tried some of the 10 pound pepper flavored jerky, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I kept in mind what other reviewers said about the greasy coating, inconsistency among different pieces, and the pepper being too strong, and after trying it I can say those things are not as bad or noticeable as others have stated. The pepper makes it a little spicy which is fine to me, and I wouldn’t have even noticed any grease had I not read about it beforehand. I had about 6 pieces already and have not noticed any inconsistency. It seems about normal for beef jerky to me. The main difference is the slices are not as thin as most other jerkies, which makes sense since it’s in bulk. I also plan to follow the recommendation of another review I read to freeze some of it in smaller bags, since the seller instructs to consume or freeze it after opening the vacuum sealed bag. Jerky is one of my favorite snacks, but it’s expensive, so I really appreciate this seller for making it available in bulk. It’s way cheaper than any other jerky I could find anywhere, and the quality is excellent in my opinion. Looking forward to trying another flavor next time I order!

It was great, the whole family loves it. Giant bag, no fluff, durable bag too, no need to worry about it arriving leaking or damaged, it would have to be thrown from a speeding vehicle to get damaged honestly. Flavor is perfect, it seems like it will last a while. No grisly bits, it was all just perfect cuts. Definitely going to try their other flavors.My only gripe is with such a big bag, I kind of wish they would compartmentalize it a bit, maybe split the vacuum seal amount in half in the bag, and then seal it once down the center so we can open one side of the pack, finish that end, and then move to the next segment. And that's really the only downside I could fathom... Because I don't know the best way to store this stuff long term.

To be honest I didn't like it much when I first got it. Too sweet and sticky for me. I thought it was going to be a total waste, but then I tried an experiment. I separate the product into manageable packets, and freeze them. When I'm ready, I'll take one of the packets, wash the beef with just water and towel dry. After that, I marinate in a soy sauce and crushed garlic red pepper sauce for several hours. Then I stick it in my food dehydrator and let it dry (135 for 6 hours). Now it's perfect for my taste. I absolutely love it. I'm not convinced I could buy raw beef and jerk it myself for the same cost, plus there's the added work of slicing. Anyway, I'm only giving 4 stars because they really added too much sugar to begin with, otherwise I would give 5 stars.

My bag Of beef jerky that I received was expired. It was very dry and nasty.I did not like it It was a complete waste of money

I read the mixed reviews and I decided to try it out as I eat a lot of protein based snacks, jerky, nuts, etc.After getting it delivered I immediately opened It and yes, its got a slight “greasy” coating, BUT, I really haven’t had much jerky that wasn’t. And it’s meat , in a 10lb bag… it’s going to get smashed together.. anyways.. So no mold, no odors, just a big ole bag of jerky for a really great price. Almost half of the price of jerky I’m usually buying by the 10-16oz pack.Very satisfied and will order again…. Maybe Next year! I have so much! I vacuum sealed it into 8oz and 16oz and one 2lb individual baggies, that will just go right in the freezer. Excellent deal! And got here in 2 days.Here’s how I see it, as I make my own quite often… you need to have 5x the weight of beef going in as you have finished jerky going out. That means minimum 50lbs of meat was used to make all this jerky, that comes to 2$a lb for the meat going in. You can’t even buy London broil on its best day at double that.. so yes very very good deal.

My bad was not vacuum sealed like the image for purchase shows.The flavor is not teriyaki, to me, by any stretch. It tastes like normal, smoked, jerky.That said, the flavor is not bad, but it is far less than I expected or wanted. If you want that tangy flavor, this is not it. HOWEVER, it does have flavor and is moist and I will eat it, but a comparison is wanting a burger and getting a chicken sandwich :)1 star for no flavor resembling brown sugar, soy sauce, or honey...or cayenne...but you can tell it has worcestershire.1 star for the punctured bag that was overlooked on 1 end or the other by Amazon or the seller.YES, I would recommend the product. I know, the above seems counterintuitive to that, but it does have flavor, texture, and is easy to eat. BUT do not next a robust flavor close to terriyaki because their recipe is not one that has that.
