I was a little concerned that i would struggle with the build of the chair. It was very well thought out by company including providing gloves to use. This comes in handy when using the provided screwdriver to tighten all the screws. One issue i did was was the casters are difficult to put in. However once i aligned the caster so that it was straight i was able to use my what to whack it...a bit painful on the hand but the chair is so strudy that its worth a 1 minute discomfort. Worst case let one of your kids do that part. All in all happy with the comfort of the chair and the setup of the head rest which is quite flexible. Super comfortable and the color (i purchased the grey one) is very nice a little change from black.

Overall it is comfortable. But the seat is a bit weird, the curvature of it is not the best when you sit for a long time.

Nice ergonomic chair, bit costly though but still as per initial impression it worth purchase if one has long hours of computer table seating.

Bought this at full price just before it went on sale, which is pretty disappointing—hence the 3 stars. Apart from that, it’s a high-quality product. This is actually the third Sihoo chair in my apartment.

I’ve had this chair for a few months, and while the materials seem solid, it’s simply not suitable for long hours of work. It’s extremely uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. I tried adding cushions and making adjustments, but nothing made a difference. At this point, the chair is useless for real daily use — it’s going to the trash. Not recommended if you need a proper working chair.

I can sit for long time without pain or sweating.

This is a good chair, it reminds me (and is probably a copy) of the de facto standard in office chairs worldwide. I am referring to the Aeron chair by Herman Miller, millions of which have been sold over the decades despite their exorbitant prices. Of course, this is a fraction of the price, so one should set their expectations accordingly. The fit and finish of the materials is good. I had to dock a star because of the terrible assembly directions. I am an IT guy, fine I can figure it out but they were lame nonetheless. Recommended if you are on a budget, or even if you are not because you can buy 5 of these (on sale) for the price of a single Aeron. I am not too sure about the long-term reliability of this chair. I feel it won't last more than a couple of years. I will update the review accordingly. Note that I am replacing an expensive Steelcase chair with this and so far am very pleased. YMMV.

I did my time looking through stats and reviews and settled on the Sihoo M57, and so far, it has been really good. With some caveats. Take this all with a grain of salt, your mileage may vary. It was easy to put together, even without a helper. I like the lumbar support and the headrest, it does help me sit properly, which I did not feel that I had in the Steelcase Amia. The seat is skinnier than the Amia. So, if you like a wider seat, keep that in mind. I am 5'6" and I do notice that my feet can float even at the low setting, so I have a footrest if I am not using the caster legs to rest on. It is documented that we should be getting out of our chairs and moving around every hour or so. If I were to follow that guideline better, I would be better off, but since I do not, I have noticed that I can last a few hours on this seat without discomfort, but if I get up fairly regularly, I can avoid any posterior pain. Note well, the arms are for resting, not for lifting or pushing yourself up. They will go down with sufficient pressure. The manual headrest is ... challenging to maneuver into place up and down. It rolls forward and back just fine. The lumbar elevation is similar, up and down is difficult but the twist knob in and out is just fine. The recline is great, though I am mainly sitting up straight most of the day. Locking it in place is good. Elevating the chair also works as expected. All in all, about a month in, I am happy with my purchase. I feel the price was right and the number of features and comfort fit this level. I hope this helps if you are looking for your next office chair.

The chair is very comfortable and of a very high quality. Their customer service is one of the the absolute best things about them. Never in my life found such care and help form any other brand. 100% recommended
