I am very happy with these vitamin mineral supplements even though some of you call them horse pills they are slickery so they slide down as if they were gel caps when they're wet so I'm going to keep buying them for a while and try give them a really good try they have everything in them that you would need pretty much

I didn't realize when I purchased this product that you need to take 3 pills to get the daily requirement.

I take this pill twice every day with an apple cider vinegar tablet, and let me just say I am pleased with the results. I feel energized, I'm losing weight and I've also noticed how much thicker my hair has gotten taking these. I will continue to buy this product.

I experienced an allergic reaction taking these. I'm going to stick with the brand I used to use, I was trying to save some money. Going to stick with what works for me and pay more I reckon.

Some of these ingredients (which I did not realize when I bought it) are known for energy i.e., Spirulina Algae and Wheat Grass Powder! I am very sensitive to stimulants! I will only take ONE tablet and not unless I can take it early in the day! Yesterday I took 2 in the afternoon (expect your urine to be bright yellow) and I was unable to sleep all night! I'm about 5'3" and 145 lbs. These pills which are large include jumbo max amounts of many nutrients. I eat well, I just wanted a supplement to provide things I might be missing.Will update if I have problem with only taking one.
